Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, the i-Function Lens meets your needs with its dual modes. An expert can instantly adjust manual settings such as shutter speed and exposure in the P / A / S / M modes, while the built-in Lens Priority mode lets a beginner use different lenses easily and correctly.

With Lens Priority Mode, the camera recognises the attached lens and provides optimised settings for that particular lens. And when you change the lens, the settings automatically readjust for optimal shooting. Just push the i-Function button, rotate the lens and let the camera do the rest.

It’s now very easy to create amazing, wide-screen shots. Simply press the shutter button in Panorama Mode while moving the camera in the direction you want. A progress bar on the screen will let you know when you’ve reached the maximum width—just perfect for those shots that can’t be contained by a standard 4 x 6.

Brighter than an LCD screen, and with a dynamic 10000:1 contrast ratio, our AMOLED display provides sharper pictures with vivid, true-to-life colours. And its response rate is a 1000 times faster than LCD. What’s more, the screen remains evenly lit, letting you view the display at any angle.

The NX11 electronic viewfinder displays accurately the same information that you see on the AMOLED screen. Since camera settings can be applied to the preview image instantly, what you see in the electronic viewfinder will be identical to the picture you take.

The NX11 captures HD movies in 720p resolu-tion and H.264 advanced video compression format. Its APS-C size large CMOS sensor offers not only detailed and clear video clips, but also allows target objects to stand out of the picture like in motion picture.

Leave the external flash and light meter at home. The Samsung NX11 comes with a built-in flash that pops up to help you quickly capture life’s most spontaneous moments. What’s more, Auto TTL mode automatically adjusts the brightness of the light, ensuring you get the perfect picture in a flash.

The NX11 goes a step further to deliver optimally exposed images—even in environments with high-intensity light. Its ISO of 100 opens the iris one step more than an ISO of 200, and reduces the shutter speed, to both easily capture a scene in motion and yield excellent background blur.
