Hello,

I just wanted to thank you for the very speedy delivery of spare LP-E6 batteries that I ordered from you two days ago.

I'd looked at countless other retailers for them, and even Canon's professional service were unable to provide me any indication as to when they would be receiving stock.

Thanks to your e-mail alerts and accurate stock count on your website, I can now rest assured that I won't be left with an inoperative camera.

I'm off on a trip to the northeast of China in just over a week, and temperatures in the region are well below zero, so it was very much a matter of necessity for me to have a few spares on hand.
