JUST RECEIVED MY CANON EF 200MM 2.8L On saturday 07-07-07 I ordered a second hand CANON EF 200MM 2.8L lens from you and have received it tuesday morning. The description of condition does not do it justice, WOW abolutely fatastic. Thank you for the best service I have encountered ever when purchesing any goods especially second hand, having spent twenty years as a camera repair technician and also selling equipment in a retail company you put me to shame. thank you again IAN

Claire The lens arrived safely yesterday. I am very impressed by the speed of service, and the price and quality of the lens. I've bought used equipment from other retailers in the past which has been described as 'mint', but nothing has ever been as 'mint' as this lens. To: The owners and Staff of Walters Photo Video Ltd. I live in Italy (30+ years) and have a regular local supplier for all my photo needs – However I ordered a 24-105 Canon lens from them in June and three months later was told it is ”still unobtainable”!! In desperation I surfed the net and through the Canon site found Walters Photo. They had several of the items I needed in stock and after studying their site, seeing it was a family business, and reading customer comments, but still with some trepidation, I ordered the lens through the net – I then had the pleasure of speaking to the sales dept (Lee) who was pleasant, professional and precise. After placing the order I immediately received clear confirming E-Mails., followed by shipment details and payment confirmation. The package left Walters in Wales at 2-55pm on the Monday and it was in my hands in Italy at 11-31am the next day!! –WOW! The new lens was on my 5D in less that 24hrs! Furthermore the cost to me including shipping was no more than I would have paid my Italian supplier, who has always been good value.
