Hello, and welcome to our site.

We are a family owned and run photographic retail chain based in the South Wales Valleys.

We operate from 6 branches:

We have two branches in Merthyr Tydfil (our hometown), another two branches in the neighbouring towns of Aberdare and EbbwVale, another in Caerphilly (near Cardiff) and finally a sister company Walters of Bath Ltd has a branch in England.

All except the one branch in Merthyr have minilab's installed offering a variety of services including 1 Hour D+P, digital priniting services and enlargements.

Aside from normal shop hardware sales we also operate a well established mail order business and are well known throughout the trade as being a trustworthy and reliable company to deal with. Resulting in us possesing a number of professional specialist dealerships with several of the larger manufacturers. (for example we are a Canon EOS Pro Dealer, and an Olympus E-System Specialist Dealer).

The website and our online trading is a recent addition to our business, and we have made a conscious decision to trade online through our existing business name. We want our new online customers to enjoy the same confidence in shopping with us that our existing customers have, as well as the same aftersales service that we are renowned for through our other routes of trade.

In our business we try to understand and develop any technology we need to use, "in house". And our venture into online trading has been no exception. We have designed, developed and continue to maintain the site ourselves. This means that we can keep the site as up to date as possible, and makes it as flexible as possible for us to provide you the customer with the high level of service that you deserve.
